How is PRIME different from IFC Academy?

IFC Presidents will apply what they’ve learned at PRIME and what they’ve learned early in their terms in office when attending IFC Academy or additional council development training later in the spring. PRIME and IFC Academy are complimentary experiences that set the IFC President up for success during his time in office.

The curriculum in both programs is unique, and the experiences build upon each other. An advanced presidents’ track, PRIME 2.0, only for those who attended PRIME, will be offered at IFC Academy. We encourage the IFC President to attend PRIME to focus on his own role and leadership, and the entire council to attend IFC Academy to enhance their team. At the Southeast Greek Leadership Association (SGLA) and the Northeast Greek Leadership Association (NGLA) conferences, we will be offering education on council development, sharing updates and guidance on IFC Standard Operating Procedure (IFC SOP) and leading specialized content within the education blocks for IFC officers.
