JUDSON HORRASPresident & CEO
Jud leads the operation of the North American Interfraternity Conference and manages the development of the goals, strategies, plans and policies.
CLARK J. BROWNGeneral Counsel
Clark leads NIC’s legal advocacy efforts; government relations and legislative efforts; maintains NIC’s guiding documents; and collaborates to provide advocacy and expertise around campus relationship statements and requirements & protocols for student organizations.
WILL FORANChief Operating Officer
Will leads NIC Campus Operations as well as research initiatives. He helps develop a campus support model to increase alumni, undergraduate and IFC effectiveness. He establishes relationships with campus professionals and NIC stakeholders to coordinate a national education and advocacy strategy.
MICHAEL WILSONChief Financial Officer
Michael leads the NIC’s accounting, as well as the implementation of a data warehouse. The system will allow members to make data-driven decisions, share best practices and streamline operations.
ASHLEY VANDEWARKExecutive Director, Foundation for Fraternal Excellence
Ashley leads the Foundation for Fraternal Excellence in cultivating a culture of care, driving connections, and supporting research across interfraternal organizations in partnership with the FFE Board of Directors. Additionally, Ashley is the primary contact for all Alliance Partners.
RUSSELL BESTVice President of Campus Support
Russell focuses on shaping positive fraternity experiences, coaching Interfraternity Councils (IFCs) and officers, and serving as a primary NIC representative to IFC officers, advisors, campus partners and alumni volunteers. Russell supports Region 2, ACC, Big 12 and SEC institutions.
DAN FAILLVice President of Campus Support
Dan focuses on shaping positive fraternity experiences, coaching Interfraternity Councils (IFCs) and officers, and serving as a primary NIC representative to IFC officers, advisors, campus partners and alumni volunteers. Dan supports Region 3 and Pac 12 institutions.
TODD SULLIVANVice President of Campus Support
Todd focuses on shaping positive fraternity experiences, coaching Interfraternity Councils (IFCs) and officers, and serving as a primary NIC representative to IFC officers, advisors, campus partners and alumni volunteers. Todd supports Region 1 and Big 10 institutions.
CODY CRAMERDirector of Communication
Cody develops and executes compelling, industry-wide campaigns geared toward telling the story of the fraternity experience. He also provides crisis communications and media relations support when assistance is needed.
HILLARY BREWERDirector of Marketing
Hillary works to grow FFE's reputation for being a forward-thinking, supportive communication partner in the industry with a focus on executing impactful digital marketing campaigns. She also manages the Men's College Scholarship program which runs annually from January through April.
DESIREE PAULHAMUSDirector of Programs
Desiree manages all aspects of flagship FFE and NIC programs as well as works on new and existing initiatives to help strengthen the future of the fraternal experience and help members grow.
GRETCHEN FORANExperience Support Manager
Gretchen manages the integrity of the database and provides support to constituents interacting with our member portal, FS Central (event registrations, account issues, etc.).
Susan performs the NIC’s daily accounting functions to ensure all databases are current and accurate.
SUE KRAFT-FUSSELLAssistant to the President & CEO
Sue assists the NIC President and CEO, providing valuable program support for both NIC and FFE members and volunteers.
