Jud leads the operation of the North American Interfraternity Conference and manages the development of the goals, strategies, plans and policies.

Will leads NIC Campus Operations as well as research initiatives. He helps develop a campus support model to increase alumni, undergraduate and IFC effectiveness. He establishes relationships with campus professionals and NIC stakeholders to coordinate a national education and advocacy strategy.

Michael leads the NIC’s accounting, as well as the implementation of a data warehouse. The system will allow members to make data-driven decisions, share best practices and streamline operations.

Patrick provides legal counsel for the North American Interfraternity Conference and reviews contracts and drafts legislation.

Todd focuses on shaping positive fraternity experiences, coaching Interfraternity Councils (IFCs) and officers, and serving as a primary NIC representative to IFC officers, advisors, campus partners and alumni volunteers. Todd supports Region 1 and Big 10 institutions.

Ashley leads the Foundation for Fraternal Excellence in cultivating a culture of care, driving connections, and supporting research across interfraternal organizations in partnership with the FFE Board of Directors. Additionally, Ashley is the primary contact for all Alliance Partners.

Dominic assists with the government relations goals of the NIC and works to establish key partnerships with students and professionals working within higher education and public policy.

Hillary works to grow the NIC's reputation for being a forward-thinking, supportive communication partner in the industry with a focus on telling the story of the fraternity experience. She also manages the Men's College Scholarship program which runs annually from Jan.–Apr.

Desiree manages all aspects of flagship FFE and NIC programs as well as works on new and existing initiatives to help strengthen the future of the fraternal experience and help members grow.
